How to Port Forwarding NVG510 for IP Camera - AT&T U-verse

I have a Foscam Model F18910W.   The internal IP is 192.168.1.152. and I configured its HTTP port as 9872. I could configure remote access setting via the following steps:

1.  Set up NAT/Gaming

  • Open Firewall/NAT Gaming,  click on  Custom Service as follows:
          Name: IPCam
          Global Port Range: 9872 - 9872
          Base Host port: 9872
          Protocol: Both (TCP and UDP)

  • Add Application Hosting entry to associate to IP Camera

2.  Open Packet Filter. You need to enable packet filter so that the port can be forwarded to the internal server.

  • First Enable Filter
  • Add a Filter Rule Entry
Destination IP Address Rang:  192.168.1.152  --- Internal IP address of Camera
             Source Port:  9872
             Destination Port: 9872

3.  Once you done, you can check whether the port on your WAN IP is opened:
